Seasons of the Heart

Seasons of the heart is a series of meetings which are open for all those interested (not just Unitarians). These sessions offer an opportunity to explore ethical, spiritual, and social issues in an informal way.

In 2025 we are providing sessions open to anyone:

• Friday 7th February 2025, 11am: Buddhist Practice
• Friday 7th March 2025, 11am: Contemplative Service, based on Lectio Davina
• Friday 4th April 2025, 11am: Music of the Soul
• Friday 2nd May 2025: Contemplative Service, based on Lectio Davina
• Friday 6th June 2025: Finger Labyrinth
• Friday 4th July 2025: Contemplative Service, based on Lectio Davina
• Friday 5th September 2025: Interfaith Chanting
• Friday 3rd October 2025: Contemplative Service, based on Lectio Davina
• Friday 7th November 2025: Poetry
• Friday 5th December 2025: Contemplative Service, based on Lectio Davina
